Denis, it is good that you are asking questions, because it is better to do it now than later after you get married.
I recommend that you read the other sections of my blog, where I cover most of the questions you ask about. For example, here is the link to the post about russian women and work/career:

http://www.russianwife.straightanswers.net/russian-women-and-career.html

Here is the one about Russian women being submissive:

http://www.russianwife.straightanswers.net/russian-wives-submissive.html

Here is the post about what kind of food they eat in Russia (Ukraine and Belarus has very similar food):

http://www.russianwife.straightanswers.net/russian-food.html

On the top right corner of every page of my blog you will find a search box, so if you are looking for something specific, the search option will make it much easier for you.

If you can't find something you are looking for or you need a specific answer, you are certainly welcome to ask:-)

Well do Russians and Ukrainian women believe they need to work for a living or do they think that they only belong in a kitchen? I would rather see my wife work then to see her stay home all the time. And are Ukrainian women ok with a guy doing things like dishes and washing clothes and cooking? After all I can do all that myself and I don't want her to think she is my slave. I don't like for a woman to feel like a prisoneer in her own home. Last question for now. Do they eat the same foods in Ukraine as us in america? I am not talking about fast food I mean things you would eat at home. And is it ok that I am asking you all of these question?

1. As far as pink lip stick goes, I am not sure what to tell you. I frequently scan Russian women's profiles on sites like Anastasia International and Elena's models and I personally didn't notice that many women wear pink lipstick. What I can tell you for sure is that Russian women use makeup more frequently than American women. They like to look beautiful, feminine and they emphasize it.
2. Russian women listen to foreign music and watch American movies (even those who live in Russia and are not planning to leave), so no worries here.
3. I wouldn't say Ukraine is a violent country. Just like in the United States, there are safe areas and high crime areas. If you are traveling over there, talk to your future bride first and ask her about the place she lives in.
4. If a Russian woman tell you you are cute, she probably means it. Russians don't usually give compliments to people unless they don't think people deserve them. However, you have to watch out. If she seems too pushy and if she compliments you too much, there is a chance you might be dealing with a scammer. You can read how to protect yourself from scams here: http://www.russianwife.straightanswers.net/category/russian-dating-scams

Hope this helps.

I have some more questions for you. Are Ukrainians and Russian Women really looking for love or are they just looking for a easy way to get out of there country? And do you know any one who has done this? The reason I ask this is because people tell me that is the only reason they are looking for a man in America and I have read something also. I hope this is not true because like I told you befor I really am in love with my future bride. I hope that you can answer these questions for me. Thank you.

First off I am from America. I can not read or spell the best so that is why it takes me so long to ask my questions sometimes. But I am able to read and wright enought to get by. I asked this next question to a hostess at the web site I am at. Is it just a girl thing or is there a reason why the Ukraianain girl wear pink lip stick? I know it's a dumb question but I had to ask. And are they able to watch the same movies and listen to the same music as we do in America? And do you know if Ukraine in a violent country or are they like America? When a girl says that she thinks you are cute or hot or sexy do they really mean it or do they say that and they really don't care what you look like? Sorry that I ask so many questions I just want to learn all I can for my future bride. I don't wanna disappoint her. I wanna make her happy to be with me. I really believe that me and her are ment to be together. I want her to know that I really do love and care for her. So I thank you for all the help you have gave me and can give me.

Denis, gifts are a huge part of Russian culture, so it is not a bad idea to send your lady a small gift at least for her birthday. You don't have to send it through any specific website. You can use regular USPS which will deliver gifts much cheaper. If you found someone you love keep in mind that there will be costs involved in bringing her to your country. It looks like English is not your first language, so I am not sure which country you are from, but I know that in the United States you have to pay a decent amount of money for visas and green card applications. Besides, traveling to Russia or to the US is not cheap.

You are saying that you already found your future bride, but still not sure if your 2 kids will be a problem for her. Well, if you already consider her to be your bride and she feels the same about you and is ready for marriage, then it shouldn't be a problem (unless your kids are against, but it is completely different issue). If you guys are engaged, then hopefully you discussed such important matters already.

There is no specific symbol of love in Russia or Ukraine, other than red roses, which are a classic.

Good luck to you.

Other guys sent there ladies gifts like flowers, stuffed animals but I have not sent my lady anything yet and she asked me to send her something. Is this something that would make her feel like I don't care or love her? I do love her but I don't really have alot of money to do things like that but I would like to send her something. Next question. I already have 2 kids. Is this something that would cause proublems with us? And is there anyone gift in Ukrainian or Russian Culture that is like a symbole for love?

Thank you, not a problem. That's what I am here for.

The site you mentioned looks legitimate to me, but I am not an expert, so don't quote me on that. There are so many websites out there that it is hard to keep up with all of them. That's why I only recommend those which I know are legitimate and helped many guys find Russian brides.

I don't think learning language is necessary, but it wouldn't hurt (not in order to get the visa, but in order to show your bride that you really care about her and are interested in her language as well). I wrote a post about this awhile ago:
http://www.russianwife.straightanswers.net/learn-russian.html

Getting visa is not that hard and you certainly don't need to learn Ukrainian or Russian for your bride to get it. Learning the language does not show the seriousness of your intentions. All you have to do when it comes to getting K1 visa is prepare all the necessary documentation, fill it out right and in order. There are a few tips which will help your bride to get visa quickly. I strongly recommend you check K1Visa Experts, because these guys are not only very professional, but VERY affordable. They will save you lots of money and prevent lots of headache for you and your bride.

Good luck to you and feel free to ask any more questions.

Denis,
It is definitely easier for a young woman to get a K1 visa. Getting a green card is nearly impossible, unless she has close relatives in the U.S.

K1Experts is the best way to go, because they are reliable and very inexpensive. Don't waste your money on lawyers.

Feel free to read more articles on our blog in order to understand your Ukrainian bride and her culture better. Even though I often refer to "Russian culture" in my articles, I usually mean Russian, Ukrainian, Belarussian etc, because these cultures don't differ much.

If you want specific information about the Ukraine, go to www.ukraine.com. This site is credible and very informative.

I wish you luck and kudos to you for wanting to learn about her culture. Not everyone does it, even though they should.:-)

Hope you could answer these questions for me. 1st question. Is it easier for a young woman to get a K1 Visa or a green card? If it is the K1 Visa is it hard to get it? I know all about the K1Visaexperts I have been reading all about them. And is it a good thing for me to read all I can about Ukrainian life and could you list some good web sites for me to learn more about Ukrainians? Trying to learn all I can about them because I have found my future bride and would like to be able to celebrate some of her customs with her when she finally does come here to marrie and live with me. Hope you can help me to make things easier for her.
